Caelan Cardello, born and raised in Teaneck, New Jersey, started piano at age 5 and trained in both classical and jazz from a young age. He studied under legends like Harold Mabern, Bill Charlap, Fred Hersch, and Dave Kikoski, graduated from William Paterson University (Jazz Piano Performance), and earned his master’s degree from Juilliard. His rising prominence culminates with his debut album "Chapter One" released in August 2025 and his selection as one of five finalists in the 2023 American Pianists Awards.
