Daniel Bereket is an NYC-based jazz trumpeter who hosts regular jam sessions at Ornithology Jazz Club in Brooklyn. He began classical piano at age 5 and classical trumpet at age 11, switching to jazz trumpet at age 15. He was previously a member of the SF Jazz High School All-Stars and performed with the Stanford Afro-Latin Jazz Ensemble.
