About
Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1993, Davis Whitfield grew up in a musical family and began guitar at five before focusing on piano. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance from Berklee College of Music in 2014, where he held a Presidential Scholarship, and became Assistant Director of the Jazz Standard Youth Orchestra in his teens. He has toured throughout the U.S. and Europe and holds residencies in New York City jazz clubs.
