Born in Havana in 1992, Kalí Rodríguez-Peña is a Latin Grammy-nominated trumpeter, composer, and bandleader who moved to New York in 2014. He studied at Manhattan School of Music under Jon Faddis and Stefon Harris, and has become a leading voice in contemporary Cuban jazz, collaborating with Wynton Marsalis, Arturo O'Farrill, and Michel Camilo.
