About
Kush Abadey is an accomplished jazz drummer and bandleader who began his professional career at age 16 with the Wallace Roney Quintet. He attended Berklee College of Music on a Presidential Scholarship and has since performed internationally with renowned artists including Ravi Coltrane, Chris Potter, Melissa Aldana, and Wynton Marsalis. His career highlights include performing at Jazz at the White House in 2008 and becoming the youngest artist selected for the Strathmore Artist-in-Residence program.
