Leo Larratt is a jazz guitarist originally from Newcastle, Australia who moved to New York at age 23 to deepen his craft. He was mentored by acclaimed Australian musicians such as Warwick Alder, Carl Dewhurst, Craig Scott, Steve Brien, and John Harkins, and studied privately with Russell Malone. In New York he has performed alongside jazz greats including George Coleman, Houston Person, Joe Farnsworth and Emmet Cohen, while developing a style grounded in jazz and blues tradition.
