Owen Chen leads Eternal Wind, a New York-based jazz ensemble that reimagines beloved Studio Ghibli, anime, and film soundtracks through modern jazz improvisation. The ensemble features members from NYU, Juilliard, and Manhattan School of Music jazz programs. Arrangements blend bebop, post-bop, and contemporary jazz with classical, world music, pop, and R&B influences.
