The Lovestruck Balladeers
About
The Lovestruck Balladeers, led by Jake Sanders (guitar/vocals), Dennis Lichtman (mandolin-clarinet-violin/vocals), Sean Cronin (bass/vocals), Mike Davis (trumpet/vocals), and Dalton Ridenhour (piano/vocals), blend ragtime, jazz, and traditional music from around the world into eclectic arrangements ranging from obscure folk pieces to reimagined swing standards. Drawing from American and international repertoire, the ensemble performs material rarely heard outside traditional dance hall settings, moving fluidly between genres and eras.
