Tyrone Allen II is a bassist and composer who emerged as one of NYC's most in-demand sidemen since 2018, collaborating with Sullivan Fortner, Nicole Glover, Miki Yamanaka, and others. He released his debut album UPWARD in 2026 on his own Dreams and Fears Records label. Named 2024 Tribe for Jazz Artist-in-Residence, Allen blends classical training with contemporary electronic production.
