William “Will” Anderson is a Washington, D.C.–born alto saxophonist who moved to New York City to attend the Juilliard School and has become a regular on the downtown jazz club circuit. He performs frequently at venues such as Smalls and Mezzrow, both as a leader and as a sought-after sideman. His work reflects both technical mastery and a deep love of the jazz tradition, making him a standout on the NYC scene.
