New Jazz Underground (NJU) is an American trio blending jazz tradition—blues, swing, and improvisation—with hip-hop, pop, and Afro-Latino influences. Formed at Juilliard by Abdias Armenteros (saxophone), Sebastian Rios (bass), and TJ Reddick (drums).
